Funeral services will be Monday, August 9, 2010 at 2:00 pm at First Assembly of God with Rev. Travis Bittle officiating.Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.
He is survived by wife, Sheila Thornton; daughter, Megan Lee Curlee; son, Jesse Hunter Thornton; sister, Jessica Thornton; stepchildren, Jennifer Leigh Glass and Rickey Dale Thornell (Glynda); and grandchildren, Cannon Lysbeth Curlee, Katlyn Leigh Hammock and David Tanner Glass.
Visitation will be from 12 noon till funeral time on Monday, August 9, 2010 at First Assembly of God.Condolences may be sent to the family at www.linvillememorial.com.
