Shirley Lett

Shirley Lett, 88, of Montgomery, passed away March 22, 2025. She was born April 25, 1936.

Visitation will begin at 11 am, Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Refuge Baptist Church, followed by a graveside service at 12 pm with Rev. Steve Scarborough officiating. Burial will be in Refuge Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J. T. Hudson and Hattie Belle Hudson; her husband, William Lee Lett and son, Eddie Jay Lett.

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Burdick (Raymond); son, Billy Lett (Kim); grandchildren, Wayne Burdick (Brynn), Jennifer Lett (Nick Hancock) and Ryan Lett; great-grandchildren, Landon Burdick and Chandler Hancock; sister, Elaine Jolley (John); sister-in-law, Roselyn Lee (Larry) and several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Refuge Baptist Church and lived in Red Hill most of her adult life. She operated Lett Taxidermy.
