Shirley Ann Miles Hartley

Shirley Hartley, 71, of Tallassee, passed away April 5, 2021. She was born July 6, 1949.

Funeral service will be Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 12 noon at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory directing. Visitation will be from 11 am until time of service at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Beanie Mae Miles and sister, Clara Fuller. She is survived by her life partner, Gary Henderson; children, Missy Boyd (Rick), Prissy Hand, Heather Lindsey (Jeff) and Whitney Newman (Johnny); grandchildren, Morgan Hand, Megan Hand (William), Blake Dickinson, Brooke Hand, Kyle Dickinson (Danielle), Kristin Hand, Kalista Lindsey, Emma Humphries, Lexi Humphries, Abby Humphries and Jace Newman; great grandchildren, Braylen, Taylor, Kaylen, J.C., Tanner, Karter, Kyclen, Karlon, Kynnedi and Hank; sister, Sherry Hall; two special life-long friends, Gloria and Oowalah and a loving, extended family.

She was a member of Mt Carmel Baptist Church in Dadeville, Alabama. She enjoyed playing softball and she was an avid Auburn and Atlanta Braves fan.
