Rebecca Ann "Becky" Sellers

Rebecca “Becky” Flournoy Sellers, 67, of Tallassee passed away April 2, 2019. She was born November 3, 1941, daughter of the late Marvin and Janet (Bailey) Flournoy.

Funeral service will be Sunday, April 7, 2019, at 2 pm at Bethlehem East Baptist Church with Pastors John Sparks and Gene Bridgman officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem East Baptist Church Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 pm until service time.

Becky is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Sellers and brother, Jeff Flournoy. She is survived by her daughter, Angelia (Chris) Davidson; son, David (Caroline) Sellers; grandchildren, Josi Sellers (fiancé Jake Ricardy), Dina Sellers and Christal Davidson; sister, Robbie (Damon) Lamberth; niece, Amy (Heath) Helm; sister-in-law, Darrall Sellers; nephew, Norman (Alicia) Dean; several great nieces and nephews; and a close group of cousins and friends.

Throughout her life Becky worked as a nurse, mainly in nursing homes. Her love for animals was evident to all who knew her. She enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends. She dearly loved her three granddaughters and cherished time with them most of all. She will be missed by those who loved her.
