Peggy Jones

Peggy Jones, 78, of Eclectic, passed away January 3, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 13, 1946.

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Jones; her parents, Alton and Veni Estes; her brother, Andrew Estes; her sister, Joann Estes; and her sister, Martha Smith.

She is survived by her son, Mike (Beth) Jones; her daughter, Denae (Jamie) Steverson; her brother, Leon Estes; her sister, Wanda Fisher; her grandchildren, Blake Jones, Raney Jones, and Emma Steverson; and nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed playing cards with her friends and tending to her flowers. She was always willing to help in anyway she could. Peggy loved her family and her friends. She will be missed dearly by those who loved her. Her memory will remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those who were honored to have had the privilege of knowing her.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 5 to 7 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.
