Patrick Cullars

Mr. Patrick Dale Cullars, age 74, a resident of Tallassee, passed away July 23, 2011.He was born February 5, 1937.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, July 25, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Salem Macon Baptist Church where he was a member and deacon. Rev. Mark Brumbeloe will be officiating and burial will be in church cemetery.

He is survived by wife, Mable Cullars; children, Nonie Thompson (John), Linda Nelson, Patricia Self, Margaret Webster (Charles) and Mark W. Self (Margaret); sister, DeAnna Willis; brother, John Cullars (Ruth), sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewitt and Clara Cullars; son, Marion F. Self and brothers, Ken Cullars and Mike Cullars.

Patrick served in the U. S. Army. He was an avid Alabama fan. He also enjoyed fishing and loved his family.
