Marshall F Boone

Mr. Marshall F. Boone, 86, of Tallassee, passed away May 24, 2019. He was born March 17, 1933.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm, at Refuge Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Scarborough officiating. Burial will follow in Refuge Cemetery with military honors, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12 noon at the church.

Mr. Boone honorably served our country in the U. S. Air Force and retired after 28 years of service. He is also a retiree of Alabama Power.

He is survived by son, James Boone (Norma); daughters, Dawn Boone Wilson and Laura McGhar (Mark); and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wives, Beth Boone and Helen Boone; brothers, Charles Boone and J.D. Boone and sister, Mary Lou Whitaker.
