John Edward Hudson

Mr. John Edward Hudson, age 55, of Tallassee, passed away January 19, 2022. He was born March 30, 1967 in Tallassee, Alabama.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 1 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2 pm, at East Tallassee United Methodist Church, 101 Central Boulevard, Tallassee Alabama, 36078.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Jeanette Lambert; grandmother, Annie Ruth Willis and sibling; Theresa Brown (Sissy).

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Hudson; children, Bradley (Kayla) Hudson, Lamar (Terrie) Kirby, Jeremy (Haley) Kirby, Joseph Stough and Steven Brown; grandchildren, Tanner Kirby, Lexi McGuire, Stormy Stough, Raya Stough and Emma Kirby; sibling, Allen (Cassandra) Chewning; nieces, Elizabeth (Charles) Whatley, Sue Ann Brown and Crystal Brown; nephews, Steven Chewning and Clay Chewning and & several great nephews & nieces.

He was a volunteer firefighter for 30+ years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family & friends. He was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
