Jessie Bryant Wyatt

Mr. Jessie Bryant Wyatt, 78, of Tallassee, passed away July 20, 2023. He was born May 4, 1945.

Visitation will begin at 9 am with funeral service to follow at 10 am on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Heritage Baptist Church, Montgomery, AL. with Dr. Bobby Dubois officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Prattville, AL.

He is preceded in death by his father, Emmette Wyatt; mother, Lettie Mae Headley Wyatt and son, Randy Wyatt.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Gloria Moncrief Wyatt; children, Florence "Faye" Bishop (Terry "Skip") and Amy Stoudermire; grandchildren, Dustin Reed Horn, Hope Alexandria Horn, Faith Ashley Horn, Anna Noel Horn and Tyson Maddux Horn and a loving, extended family.

Jessie attended school in Prattville, AL. He worked as an HVAC Technician and also spent over 18 years working for Winn Dixie warehouse in Montgomery, AL.

He enjoyed watching TV, spending time with his family, planting roses, feeding his bird and most of all, sitting on his front porch talking to everyone. He never knew a stranger.
