Jean Christine Harris

Jean Harris, 84, of Montgomery, passed away March 4, 2022. She was born May 31, 1937.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am with funeral service to follow at 12 noon at Linville Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, March 12, 2022 with Minister Brent Missildine officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, L. A. Harris; parents, Thomas and Phyllis Canada and brothers, Tommy Canada and Jerry Canada.

She is survived by her children, Matt Scott, Alan (Laurie) Scott, Frank (Connie) Scott and Sharon (Wes) Gainey; grandchildren, Tiffany (Chris) Patten, Allison Hardy, Christopher Scott, Joseph (Alanna) Rehnblom, Tommy (Hannah) Scott, Justin (Jessica) Scott, Ericka (Daniel) Ballenger, Meagan (Justin) Blackwood, Jared (Jessica) Osbourn, Justin (Amy) Gainey and Matthew Gainey; siblings, Kenneth Canada, Joyce Hargrove and Reatha Simonton and a large, loving extended family.

Her hobbies were visiting with her friends and family.
