Henry Whitman

Mr. Henry Whitman, 87, a resident of Eclectic, passed away March 10, 2011. He was born April 13, 1923.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Linville Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ron Estes officiating. Pallbearers will be Johnny Ingram, Chris Ingram, Patrick O'Connell, Wallace Baldwin, Robert Ingram and Bobby Jones. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

He is survived by wife, Hazel Whitman; daughter, Sandra Whitman Terrell (Carey); grandchildren, Angela Daly, Christina Terrell and Katherine O'Connell; and great-grandchildren, Whitman and Savannah Daly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Lucile Whitman; and brothers, Curtis Claude Whitman and Willie Lee Whitman.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 1:00 pm until funeral service at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.
