Edna L. Mayfield

Edna L. Mayfield, 87, passed away February 25, 2010.She was born March 22, 1922.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 26, 2010 at 2:00 pm at East Tallassee Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Baldwin officiating.Burial will follow in Carrville Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by her children, Dorothy Caldwell (Bonnie), Hershel Mayfield, Jr. (Sheila), Barry Mayfield and Cindy Dicks (Mark); sister, Lurline Cantrell; grandchildren, Alisa C. Ware (Scotty), Bonita C. May (Dennis), Amber Taunton (Jeremy), Jennifer Kelley (Jamie), Brian Mayfield (Sylvia), Taylor Dicks and Tyler Dicks; and twelve great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Mayfield, Sr. and a grandson, Hershel Lee Mayfield III.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until funeral time, Friday, February 26 at East Tallassee Baptist Church.
