He is survived by daughters, Lynn Crosson (Michael) and Melissa Teeples (John); son, David Angle, Jr. (Robbi); and grandchildren, Madelon Mae Crosson, Sam Teeples, Emma Teeples, David Angle III and Montana Johnson. He is preceded in death by a sister, Flo Reine Clarkson.
