Clarence Gary French

Clarence Gary French of Tallassee, AL, went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2025 at the age of 91. He was lovingly referred to as Cuz, Daddy, Poppa and Brother French.

He was preceded in death by his father Clarence Dalton French; mother Ruby Bessie Hart; wife Iva Jean Davis French; son Danny Terrell French; daughter-in-law Brenda Lee Frazier French and great-grandson Dalton Jewell Williams.

Mr. French is survived by his brother Harry Earl French; son Gary Earl French (Jennifer); daughter Katie Jean Williams (Danny); nieces, nephews, ten grandchildren and their spouses and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching westerns and Alabama football - but a secret Georgia fan.

The family invites you to join in celebrating Gary's life on Monday, March 3, 2025 at Linville Memorial Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 am. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM with introduction by Pastor John Garrett and Pastor Adam Turner officiating.
