Billie Wayne Moncrief

Billie Wayne Moncrief, 84, passed away Sunday October 1, 2023. She was born December 14, 1938.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Brewer Ellis Hammock and Lela May Mann and sisters, Helen McKee and Irene Mann.

Billie is survived by her children, Wayne Moncrief, Sr. (Bonnie) and Johnny Moncrief, Sr. (Katie); grandchildren, Wayne Moncrief, Jr. (Karey), Johnny Moncrief, Jr. (Laura), Adrienne Kupfner (Josh), Kathy Worley (David), Steven Moncrief (Kaitlan); great-grandchildren, Troy, Justin, Kalynn, Trinity, Brailey, Roman, Ellie, Rylan, Jessi, Joshua, Dawson; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Billie loved the Lord and wanted everyone to know how much Jesus loves them. Her family can take comfort in knowing she is in the presence of God, her greatest joy. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She liked sitting on her porch and watching Alabama football.

Visitation will be Wednesday October 4, 2023 from 9:00 am until service time at 10:00 am at Good Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Good Hope Baptist Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Moncrief, Jr, Troy Killough, Justin Moncrief, Steven Moncrief, Johnny Moncrief, Jr and Roman Moncrief. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Worley and Josh Kupfner.
