Betty Griffith

Mrs. Betty W. Griffith, age 79, a resident of Red Hill, passed away April 15, 2012. She was born June 23, 1932.

Visitation will be Monday, April 16, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 10:30 am at Refuge Baptist Church, where she was a member, with Rev. Steve Scarborough officiating. Burial at Refuge Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

She is survived her husband, Sam Griffith; daughters, Trish Churchwell (Charles) and Michelle Mann (Mark); son, Harold Griffith; sister, Ann Milam; grandchildren, Trent Griffith, Ashton Mann and Andy Mann and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Vira Wood; son, Keith Griffith; brothers, Bob Wood, Doyle Wood and Bill Wood; and grandchildren, Kayla Griffith and Kyle Griffith.
